Martin J.A. Yeager is an experienced trial lawyer, concentrating on real estate related matters, including construction, landlord/tenant, creditor’s rights, bankruptcy, and collection law. He has lectured on bankruptcy, litigation, mechanic’s liens, and landlord/tenant matters for clients and commercial business associations. He regularly represents clients in all aspects of their commercial and litigation needs, ranging from advance trial work to new business formation and management as well as secured and unsecured creditors in their bankruptcy and collection needs. Mr. Yeager is admitted to practice in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia, including U.S. District Courts, U.S. Bankruptcy Courts and all state trial courts in each of those jurisdictions. He graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1991 with his B.A. in Political Science and History, Magna Cum Laude, and from George Washington University in 1994 with his J.D. degree.
